Amana Mugi (Barley) Miso, is a naturally aged blend of Organic Pearl Barley, Organic Whole Soybeans, Sea Salt and Filtered water. A rich brown colour and earthy aroma characterize this miso. Unpasteurized, storage at cool temperature helps to inhibit normal fermentation in this package.
