How to Order

Simply place your order online using our shop feature, by phone (514) 369-1888 or send us an e-mail at

All items in your order are carefully selected by the members in our team to meet the highest quality. If there are any items unavailable when it is being packed, we will be sure to contact you with a recommended replacement.

Our online shop is currently undergoing some upkeep and not all items in store are yet available online. If there any items you would like to add to your order that are not appearing on our website, we encourage you to leave a note in your cart. There is a strong chance we will have it in store!

Pick-up or Delivery

For same day pick-up, please place your order by 9:00am. This can be done by e-mail or online (or by phone during our store hours the previous day). Orders received after 9:00 am will be ready by the following day. One of our team members will contact you when your order is ready. For store hours, click here.

Minimum order for delivery is $100 and there is a $5 fee. Delivery times are Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday (12 pm - 8 pm). If it is important that you receive your order on the same day that we are doing deliveries, we recommend placing it by 9am by e-mail or online. Orders received after 9:00 am on a delivery day will be delivered on the next delivery day (exceptions for "Special Circumstances" (see below)).

Special Circumstances
If you are *age 70 or older, *have reduced mobility or *isolating due to Covid-19 we will prioritize your order and do our best to get it to you as soon as possible. Please specify these circumstances when placing your order so that we may accommodate you.

What areas we deliver to:

Westmount, NDG, Cote-des-Neiges, Montreal West, Saint-Henri, Cote-St-Luc, Verdun, Lasalle, Downtown Montreal (Shaugnessy Village, Griffintown, Little Burgundy)

Delivery times:

Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday (12pm - 8pm)

Payment accepted:

Delivery - cash, credit (Visa or Mastercard), e-transfer
Pick-up - cash, credit (Visa or Mastercard), debit.


Why can’t I pay for my order online? When you use our online system to place your order, the total amount is an estimate. This is because we need to weigh certain items that are priced by weight. Once your order is complete, we will contact you with the total official amount.
