Organic Kale - Black Lacinato

Black kale, also nicknamed "dinosaur kale" has a slightly sweeter and softer texture.

*Jardin Carya and Ferme de L'Ile are both organic, local farms that yield a plethora of organic fruits and vegetables of the highest quality. They use natural methods such as caterpillar tunnels, and are always looking to implement new farming technologies. This means they are able to deliver fresh local produce during most of the year, from March through December.
